Taking the time to learn my body and its needs completely changed my life. Falling in love with a healthy lifestyle meant falling in love with myself. Not just my body, but my mind and my daily life. When I first got started in the gym, I struggled a lot with gym anxiety, lack of self-confidence, and not knowing how to optimize my fitness and nutrition to achieve my goals. I went through periods of feeling discouraged, months of inactivity, and phases that certainly were not serving a healthy path. I committed my time and effort to educating myself of fitness and nutrition and saw the results in my personal life.

Now my goal is to share my knowledge and experience so you can skip the period of confusion and frustration. I’ve applied everything I’ve learned from my personal experience to coaching my lifestyle clients and creating several fitness products designed to simplify developing a healthy lifestyle.
